This painting is inspired by the painful process of digesting the events of the past 21 years which have all spiraled into a global pandemic that seems like it's not going away. I hope viewing this work will help anyone who is struggling with accepting the current reality. I hope it will allow them to absorb these difficult moments as they pass through time and not be stuck in the process of trying to understand things that are impossible to understand. The things that should not happen but do anyway.
